Wang Bing, a physician at the Acupuncture Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, introduces the simplest method: stretching the spleen meridian every day!

Stretching Exercise for the Spleen Meridian 1: "Penguin Walk"
As the name suggests, the penguin walk should be done like a penguin. While walking, lift your heels, point your toes downward, press your hands downward, and curl your fingers.
Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lift your heels, exerting force with your toes.

Step 2: Keep your palms parallel to the ground and press them downward.

Step 3: Walk back and forth with your feet.

This exercise has a small range of motion, so it can be done before or after meals. Just five to ten minutes a day is enough!

Stretching Exercise for the Spleen Meridian 2: "Toad Stance"
Here, the "Toad Stance" doesn't mean imitating Ouyang Feng, but rather stretching the spleen meridian through squatting and pressing the legs!
First, spread your legs apart. Start by bending your right leg, pointing your toes inward, and keeping your leg straight.
Then, after maintaining that position for a while, change direction and stretch your left leg.
If you feel that the effort is not enough, you can keep your upper body more upright.

Since this posture is relatively low, it is best to practice on an empty stomach.

In fact, in our daily lives, we often hear the term "disharmony between the spleen and stomach." So while we exercise the spleen, we should also not neglect our stomach! 
It is recommended to massage the acupoint "Tian Shu" clockwise around 100 times before getting up and before going to bed. This way, we can effectively exercise our stomach!
